 Those who care about others and value beauty are usually the ones who are mocked and bullied. Being more sensitive in character, they are the ones who inevitably become hurt, rather than those people who care about nothing but themselves, and are the perpetrators of emotional upset. However, even the ones' causing distress can be victims themselves if they are filled with anger, envy, or a need to hit out at the world after experiencing pain in their own sphere of existence. As in my book 'Doctrine of the Asurlette', a former loyal friend of General Llanfair's turns against him, but all is not what it seems, and being only book one in a series of five there is much more to find out why he has chosen, along with the dragoons, to mock our beloved hero! Despite possessing much strength with his special Asurletian sword and acute manipulation of atomic energy, he still requires the help of a Earthly, homeless girl, and a yet-to-be-born drummer boy who has an immeasurable power contained within his Kernewek drum.  A Modest General with immense Powers This is General Dieter Llanfair, the personification of bravery in a spirit. He is the pre-physical soul who instils his sense of bravery into those who have to fight in a situation that is of no fault of their own. This could be on a battlefield or just for emotional survival in an everyday event. In doing so, though, he can open his own beauty-inspired soul up to the mockery of others who fail to understand him. Ultimately, he needs the help of a young, homeless girl, Onyx Cattarini, when she comes into possession of a special diode, and a lost drummer boy who can control the immeasurable power contained inside his drum, and, of course, his horse, Zinnabar, who he is bound to forever.  'Codes of the Steel-Azure Sands', is a new blog to complement the recent release of my debut Young Adult book 'Doctrine of the Asurlette- Book One- Fair's Onyx'. This is the first book in a series of five of which I am currently in the process of writing book two. There are a few main characters who re-occur throughout the series, but the main protagonist has to be General Dieter Llanfair, (as pictured above in the main title as a work in progress.) My story-line follows the exploits of this charming, young, twenty-something first lieutenant from the pre-physical plane of Ped-Carreg, and where he is based on a central globe called Asurletia. (His garrison home is Llanfair, hence his name.) The Asurlette is his female commanding officer, who he has to obey complicity, even if it appears that she may not always be right. Any idea of 'Ped-Carreg' existing in the first place deals with the idea of 'who, what or where' were we previously to being born in
